Als een stap tussen ‘science’ en design waar we zsm vanaf moeten? Ben wel benieuwd naar die opleiding!

Important sourdough points: 1. the ear shows oven spring, indicating a good rise and active sourdough culture. 2. blisters indicate a long cold fermentation. 3. a loaf having both shows the baker is an idiot who spent way too much time and money learning to bake bread at home

@FemkeNijboer @Oli4K out of pocket costs voor softwareontwikkeling? Heb zelf tot nu toe alleen met NL-se bedrijven gewerkt maar zou wel kunnen denk ik. Outsourcen is soms een heel goed idee als het (veel) werk is dat iemand anders sneller en beter kan. En studenten kunnen ook niet alles (goed).
