@hulu_support I did: “If you already have the Disney Bundle through Verizon, you may be able to upgrade to the "No Ads" version of Hulu directly through Hulu's website. Hulu will charge you the difference in price between the "With Ads" and "No Ads" plans on your Hulu billing account.”

@hulu_support @Kneon As a Verizon customer, I used to be able to pay $5/month for no ads. I last payed the $5 dollars less than a month ago. I am suddenly getting ads. Also, there is no longer a place on the Hulu website to sign up for no ads again. I already checked the account page.
