Well I hope they go back into putting actual effort into customization options for mythic skins bc otherwise this might just feel like they wanted to make mythic skins for $$$ for the usual suspects without flack from giving them multiple mythics while other heroes have none

(1) I don't think adding a new rarity would be a good idea. It should be still Legendaries and not another higher rarity than Legendary because they will probably focus more on the new Ultra Skins than Legendaries which means low quality Legendaries in the future.
