Since someone asked, Rocket will explain why Gambit is permabanned in Celestial+ Gambit is essentially a forced match hero. Meaning unless your team matches a Gambit, your chances of winning are considerably lower. If a Gambit is open, the entire team roster more or less revolve around him (Rogue, Starlord, Loki, Mag, Phoenix etc...) It's also the same reason why Devil Dino is banned! Players don't like to be forced to play a certain comp just because of one hero!
