amazing speed session with @keerthisiddeshw & @Agent_Oli hosted by @GoAthlos 7×100 strides and 400m×10 intervals @4:30/km in the heat absolutely cooked me but enjoyed it to the fullest also tried @tempofuel and it already feels like it's a solid choice for my long runs!

I’m introverted and prefer running alone, which is exactly why Athlos asking me to host a speed session is puzzling. I said yes because I like their clothes. Please don’t come or they’ll make me do it again. If you do come, I’ll genuinely help. 11 April, 9:45am Kittur Rani Chennamma Stadium ₹300 to join Joining the event gives access to the TCS10K study group, already 20+ runners strong. Group is abuzz with training data and tips runners are sharing, with the shared goal of getting FASTER! Here is a preview.

Walking into this community event, I was bit nervous since this was my first technical community event What stood out was that everyone loves the Athlos product to the core, but the problem they expressed was that there had been no community event done by Athlos in Chennai. Today was the start, and I was super lucky to do it for @GoAthlos Always a pleasure meeting people. Folks, go and buy stuff from @GoAthlos. Bought my 5” distance shorts from them before TMM 2026 with apprehension. Ran a few long runs in them and they were swapped in as the race-day shorts with the big name existing race day shorts going out. No chafing. No discomfort. Been 2 weeks since our Meta ad account was locked out, and yet revenues are steady. On one hand, glad we've built @GoAthlos not to be completely dependent on Meta, but also dreading that it's a matter of time before organic momentum dies. Amidst all this, I've managed to stay surprisingly calm. Ask me anything about geopolitics, Urdu poetry, fiction, or fabrics.

Meet Pradeep Kumar, a long-time @goathlos user from the Ultra-running community. Pradeep ji did something crazy last weekend. Ran 217 kms (135 miles) at the White Sands Ultra in the dry heat of Rajasthan. In the same Athlos Zero tee and Running shorts. Didn’t change once.
