Why haven't we gotten rid of OPT which Trump can do with a signature? Why haven't we added india (the worst offender of mass immigration) to the list of banned third world countries? There are so many things we can do that we don't need congress for. I ask this in good faith as a supporter.

Hey y’all, my name is Eric! I’m 47 y/o, 370lbs. I’ve been lifting for 40 days now. Currently running the Starting Strength NLP. Today I deadlifted 245lbs. I’ve been working hard on my form. Making sure to “catch water” with my back instead of rounding. My grip is getting better each workout. Being severely obese has its limitations but I’m not using that as an excuse, gotta get better! 😤💪🏻🔥

@thejcedeno @Nero You don’t know what you’re talking about. My wife is a personal trainer and she always stresses weight lifting to help weight loss because cardio alone won’t do it. Don’t give health advice you aren’t qualified to give.

@Nero 50/50, he should try to get some walks in to lose weight first, but working out to become stronger is also good, though he shouldnt expect to lose weight from lifting, as it's not ideal for weight loss. Diet + walking are far more effective

@thekapman there are 2 types of holes. Blind and through. A cup is a blind hole, has a bottom, a straw is a through hole, doesn’t have a bottom. So, one hole. I use and sell industrial tools including drills.
