Bodycam footage shows her passed out behind the wheel and arrested by Chester Police after falling asleep while heavily intoxicated. She later blew a 0.22% BAC!!! That’s nearly triple the legal limit. The footage was recorded on a public road and released by the Chester Police Department, making it a matter of public record. 16-Year-Old Girl Sexually Assaulted in Ambulance Riverside County, California A 22-year-old EMT named Jason Dean Anderson allegedly sexually assaulted a 16-year-old girl in the back of an ambulance while transporting her. The girl was restrained with her arms and legs tied down. The ambulance driver reported Anderson to authorities, helped get him arrested, and encouraged the victim to speak up. Anderson faces felony sexual assault charges on a minor.
