My biggest fear is meeting vagimedee and she asks me a question I normally would know, only for my brain to completely go blank in that moment. I would cry 😭😭😩

When studying, use your phone timer(set 1hr), take a break and then set another hour.
You could also use your phone to record yourself while studying,so you're not tempted to disrupt the video.
Get busy with other things;
Crotcheting
Writing
Board games
Drawing etc.
