@tfwrail @Gareththomas16 Sounds good Tudur, but when it's a 2 car, to start the service, and originally staying a 2 car direct to Cardiff, which ended up not direct, and changed to a 3 car (planned 4), passengers on probably busiest diagram are frustrated. Totally understand operational difficulties etc

Additional capacity has been provided on services from North Wales to Cardiff for today and Tuesday. 60+ additional carriages has been planned on TfW services over the two days pre and post-match. @tfwrail absolutely shocking service! Having to stand for 4 hours from Bangor to Cardiff when you know how busy it would be due to the football! Putting 2 carriage on then upping to 3! Loads stood in the isle!

@tfwrail @Gareththomas16 Events Team should keep an eye on tonight. A win and Tuesday will be busier. Starting the ideally timed 'direct' service, with a 2-car like today, will be full @ Bangor. Great to see a special laid on tonight, but doesn't seem extra capacity to get people down from North Wales

@LFCHelp Good morning, quick question about ticket forwarding. My son has a 'young adult' ticket for Southampton. As we can't make it we want to transfer to family, but to two adults. Is this possible? Thanks

@tfwrail Radio 1 Big Weekend and HUGE football crowds going to Liverpool today. 2 car 158 full at start of service, approx 100 people attempting to board at the next station. Carnage.

@tfwrail a 2 car 158 on the first service from Holyhead, no seats available at the start location, and 8 more stops along N Wales coast. Services strengthened yesterday to take people to Cardiff. Passengers getting restless already!
