@dhlexpressuk hi. I have just been to collect my parcel from InPost locker “the new convenient way to receive parcels”. The locker is broken and I have been told it could take up to a week to fix but they “cannot make any promises”. Will I be reimbursed?

@GrocersThe It was a birthday present from weeks ago now. Waiting to hear from them about making a claim but not holding my breath.

InPost UK the worst courier service, they managed to lose my parcel I was sending back to someone with my dad's birthday present in it, to exchange for the size bigger. Now it's been like this since the 30th July.

@mademetoxic Think someone's being swapping labels, but they are not to blame, it's a computer error, not their fault. Meanwhile people and businesses lose lots of money

@NastyGalHelp where is my order? If I pay £6 for inpost next day delivery, I expect it to arrive next day, & not take 4 working days... Otherwise I might as well have payed for standard delivery. I needed this for an event and didn't have it on time. Very disappointed #nastygal
