Visited Rainham landfill to see extent of damage caused by @VeoliaUK through mowing at height of breeding season (against @Natures_Voice advice) - fears confirmed with vast swathes of habitat trashed. No sign of Corn Bunting previously on territory here - appalling. Please RT

@AaronBastani So just to be clear, no one is peddling anti-Semitic or homophobic messages in Batley against Labour’s leader, family and candidate. That’s Novara’s position.

@emmahamer2 Surely they can just take cost of advisor out of the subsidy they will receive from taxpayer? This incentivises farmers to start to learn about ecology themselves and for farming collages to start to teach it

@DPJHodges Labour courting the ultra-conservative antisemitic Muslim vote when Jo was killed by an ideology no different. This country's fcked.

As @DefraGovUK removes all financial support for 🇬🇧 food production by 2027 & @tradegovuk opens our markets to unilateral liberalisation, it’s worth remembering that almost £600bn is spent directly supporting our competitors in the rest of the world.

China will hand over a one-off subsidy of $3.1 billion from its central finance budget to farmers to cope with rising costs of production materials due to spiking commodity prices. globaltimes.cn/page/202106/12…

@ABridgen Well perhaps you should have followed convention and put him in the lords when he retired as speaker rather than being petty and vindictive just because he stood up for parliament

John Bercow announces he’s defected to Labour. Most of us thought he had joined them years ago. This is so he can be nominated as a Labour peer and join the HoL, and the Govt won’t be able to block it as we could while he was a ‘Conservative turned independent’ cynical & cunning

@BarmyBath @holder18 @spectator @LozzaFox Done have stopped 🤷‍♂️ Think you will find they won’t continue advertising. Their ‘we will assess the channel’ is just a way to let fuss die down before officially bailing. Why advertise when you get bad press whatever you do, including a slagging from A Neill

‘The GB News boycott involves people threatening brands they don’t buy with custom they don’t give unless adverts they haven’t seen are withdrawn from a channel they don’t watch — all because people they don’t know might have opinions they don’t like.’ spectator.co.uk/article/the-qu…

@spectator @LozzaFox That’s fine, these companies just need to remember there’s more of us who won’t buy their products because the pull adverts from a channel promoting the ideology of free speech and debate

Bercow tells the Observer he joined the Labour Party a few weeks ago. Given he's been working in their interests for years, this is merely so they will be able to nominate him for a peerage.
