Sr. M. Jacinta’s 4th graders shined in their play Our Lady of Fatima, sharing the story through three beautiful performances. Special thanks to the 1st graders for joining as “the crowd”!

Mrs. Choquette’s seniors welcomed a special visitor, Flat Stella from Visitation Elementary in KC where Mrs. Choquette’s granddaughter is a 1st grader! She read to students, visited classes, and is now exploring Hastings before heading back home to share her adventures.

It wouldn’t be March Madness without a little Trashketball in Mrs. Hogan's English class! Students reviewed for their Roll of Thunder, Hear My Cry test by answering questions—get it right, and you earn a shot. There were plenty of airballs, but also lots of swishes and laughter!

We had a great turnout at our Art for All Watercolor class on March 10 with 24 participants who explored watercolor techniques like brush control, color mixing, layering, and watercolor pencils while creating their own paintings in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Mrs. Walston's kindergartners have been enjoying MYSTERY READERS this month! Parents, grandparents, ad friends are signing up to read to the class. Yesterday, Mrs. Walston's mom showed up with treats, a book and a big smile for the class. Thank you to our readers!
