Today, we share with you perhaps the most difficult news of all.
Founded on February 15 and opened to everyone on April 28, Habboduck has, in a short time, become home to many wonderful projects, events, and friendships.
Our goal has always been to contribute to the Habbo community — to create a space built on fun, creativity, and togetherness.
Throughout this journey, we worked with great dedication.
For months, we organized regular events, created content that served the community, and gave our very best without ever losing faith.
Even when faced with challenges, we never allowed them to affect the quality of our work.
Unfortunately, during the recent official fansite application process, we felt that our efforts were not truly recognized.
What should have been a clear and timely process stretched far beyond its expected timeline, and in the end, only one fansite was chosen.
Beyond the decision itself, the prolonged uncertainty and unfulfilled promises left us deeply disappointed as a team.
As Habboduck, we have always stood for community spirit over competition.
However, after all the hard work and dedication, it has become impossible for us to maintain our faith in the game and the system surrounding it.
Therefore, in order to preserve the morale and well-being of our team, we have decided to permanently end Habboduck’s fansite operations as of today.
Please see this not as a complaint, but as a farewell.
Because we truly cherished every moment we spent here — every event we organized, every article we wrote, and every memory we shared with you.
To everyone who supported us on this journey —
to those who joined our events, read our news, used our tools, and most importantly, to our teammates who shared the same passion —
we extend our deepest gratitude. 💛
We embarked on this journey with belief, gave it everything we had,
and now, we quietly step off the stage.
We will not return... because we cannot bring back duckiedust. ✨
