got new insurance, starting therapy, been consistent with the gym, no distractions and feeling happiness showing up for myself and making healthier choices isnt hard anymore, having very few yet solid people in my circle and having a creative outlet. i feel free.

26 tomorrow, i just hope i have the strength to achieve my goals and intentions, this comeback is too personal. I pray i can stick with the changes for the better. and also finally stick with a therapist so i dont have to post like this for myself lol
