@Jamie__1739 @WilliamHill The problem is the evidence surrounding the claim of malfunction, if they dont supply sufficient evidence to support their claims IBAS will not award them entitlement to refuse pay outs or retrieve withdrawn funds. Alot are facing the same issue, its a waiting game at the moment

@WilliamHill As far as i can see, all the jackpots won were on different machines at different times of the day, that cant be an error, if it was it should have been spotted on the first or second jackpot, the earliest jackpot i see was 9.27, the latest i know was 10.37
