Heybridge Swifts can confirm the departure of Club Captain Connor Hogan by mutual consent. Connor joined the club in January of 2025, and was made Club Captain at the start of the 2025/2026 season. The club would like to place on record their sincere gratitude to Connor for his efforts in a Swifts shirt over the last 2 seasons, and wish him all the best for the future. #Swifts

Only a couple of years ago @officialswifts were beating Hereford in the trophy. How a couple of years can change things. I may be biased, but a club like Swifts should not be in step 5, and the sad thought of us likely being there next year is crazy.

Congratulations to our Midweek U18 side who secured the league title last night. An incredible achievement after completing the entire season unbeaten across 16 games. A fantastic effort from everyone involved, with players from U16 through to U18 all playing their part along the way. The season produced some unforgettable moments for the team: • 2–0 down away at Maldon & Tiptree before coming back to win 5–2 • 4–1 down after 20 minutes last night, needing just a point to win the league, before completing an incredible 5–4 comeback A huge thank you also goes to the management team of Craig Gillam, Dave Parsley, Paul Oglesby, Dan Williams and Steve Nathan for their dedication and commitment throughout the season. Congratulations again to everyone involved. A fantastic achievement for the club’s youth section. #Swifts
