Can’t help but be frustrated when patients come in and say the NHS is “using COVID as an excuse to not do any work”, and “you’re sat round doing nothing”. Coping strategies anyone? 😅

Being serious- work has felt like a graft over these last few months, and I’ve had a few wobbles as to whether Physio is right in the long term. But then little wins like this happen, and I’m trying to remind myself of these regularly- PMA and all. Anyway, happy Friday 🎉

Wonderful end to a great week- patient had been terrified of damaging her back, and had stopped any activity. Listened, reassured and educated, and could physically see her slump with relief. Caught up today and she says she hasn’t had pain since. Love this job for these moments.
