@subbymoch I find message already read, messages received hours ago that don't show up until I open the convo and some times chats frozen with an alert you need to verify to talk to someone that doesn't follow you when it's my mutual that do follow me

@dawnbraekers it's all about a rewarding system to stimulate neuroplasticity.Change is naturally perceived as a tax by the nervous system, there's work to rewire internally, and work to adapt/adjust socially to new issues. If that is perceived as an imposition you get the opposite effect

i'm gonna be bold and say it's more important, even. biologically speaking, once we make our mind about sonething, it's really hard to change our mind even if proof contradicts our beliefs. it's so so important to actively question ourselves and why we believe what we do.

Unlearning is actually just as important as learning, most westerners for example have to actively unlearn the racism they were taught in their schools and films/media, especially the ones who thought they were raised as progressives/leftists.
