@OfficialBWFC The usual policy is for the price of the upgrade is the difference between the season ticket cost per game and a full adult ticket. Today this seems to have changed in place of a cancel and repurchase policy. #bwfc

@OfficialBWFC Can I ask why those season ticket holders who need to upgrade their tickets because someone can't make it, cannot upgrade their ticket as normal and have to cancel the season ticket and buy a new £10 ticket? This means I've paid for today's game twice.
