Controversial neurology opinion of the day: the weird obsession we have of presenting the patient’s handedness as super important (“this 57 right-handed male…” etc) is almost never of any real clinical value. (Don’t hate me cognitive people!)

@halfords Mark and Dan have organised a new bike for me. But what a shame to have to use X in order to complain. X should be used to educate and congratulate rather than a communication outlet because large companies fail to provide customer support!

#halfords. I’ve been told to phone the customer service who never answer the door honestly anyway whilst still inside Halfords as they don’t have a contact number to call. It must be a really strange place to work.

#halfords Aintree claim that they don’t work for Halfords and are a separate entity entirely to Halfords. What a surprise. Their manager Dan says the damage sustained isn’t their responsibility and I should just take it home and deal with it

@Halfords_uk You delivered my new bike with a faulty build this morning. Never been ridden and already got n the repair shop. Your customer services are in South Africa and are extremely rude. Is this how you treat customers who spend over £2000 on bikes. @boardman bikes 🚲8.9E

@EM_Dr_Jacklin My 6 yr old twins once took a call from the reg when I was on call. Luckily they gave solid advice and no harm was done.
