Under BLF's EWCSA project, 25 #HomeBased ready made garment (HBRMG) workers in #Dhaka developed leadership skills like public speaking, influencing & networking. These women are now ready to advocate for themselves & their peers.

This exhibition at Hotel Taj was put up by two artisans from Rajasthan’s Kumbhalgarh cluster – where women don't typically work outside the home. Supported by Sadhna, this marked the first time they interacted with customers & conducted sales!
