It is just bowling. Rich people already belong to many elitist clubs where they can do their thing and go home. It is exhausting for the rich to know that everyone wants to come close to them to use them. You’re going there to hustle and not to have fun. Desperation smells. This is the same reason many people flood to the island whether or not they can afford it. You’ve been told that every rich person lives on the island and it is easy to make connection. One would think as you move into the island, rich people will come and pay you visit. Now you’ve been there 4 years and you are struggling to pay rent and you’ve not made one connection. If you create value, people will look for you wherever you are.

You win some, you lose some. If you can't take the risk, don't take the win. If you no fit take the risk, no come collect the win. That's exactly why Lagos tops the list as Nigeria's biggest GDP contributor, everybody wants to be here because one connection can change your story forever. You see an opportunity, like 7.5m membership? If you can afford it you are definitely not a poor person. Same way people drop 7.5m on bet and lose, that's how the rich play too, it might come out big it might not, but they don't stop. They go harder even next time. Na so e be for Lagos: high risk, high reward, but only if you get the stomach for the game.

Now to the business of the day, as promised. Many people have asked me to share the principles highlighted in these stories. These principles are not limited to owning a car or relocating; they apply to any desired goal you want to attain—healing, a life partner, a job, and more. These are the same principles I used, the same ones I shared with others, and they worked for them. I sincerely pray that as you read, truth will be revealed to you. To avoid a long read, I will send them by numbers. Mark 11:23 For verily I say unto you, that whosoever shall say unto this mountain, “Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea,” and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass, he shall have whatsoever he saith. 1. Remove Doubt Your desire for a car, a life partner, healing, relocation, or any life goal must be burning and unshakable. Eradication of doubt is the birthplace of miracles. Speak it as fact, not as a distant wish. Say it until every nerve in your body vibrates with belief. When you declare with conviction: I am destined for greatness I am destined to own a car I am destined to relocate I am destined to be married I am destined to work in XYZ company and many more declarations spoken with the fire of conviction, you summon unseen forces - opportunities, people, and circumstances - to align with that command. In 2008, I told my fellow artists - Chubuike, Lawunmi, and another colleague in the graphics section - that a day would come when I would become Tony Elumelu’s personal graphic artist, and that he would move me to his floor. We joked, laughed, and even dramatized it. On February 6, 2010, I was already in Tony Elumelu’s house for meetings as his personal graphic artist. By the following Monday, my office was relocated - by the order of the GMD himself - to the 18th floor, the Chairman’s floor. Warning: Never speak against yourself. Do it even once, and you weaken your power. Doubt is poison, and it spreads fast. Doubt weakens your signal. That is why I always beg those whose stories I mention: please do not doubt. Remember what Jesus said: “…and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass, he shall have whatsoever he saith.” So today you will say I speak with authority, and my words carry power. I do not doubt in my heart. I believe what I say, and what I say comes to pass. I have whatever I declare in faith.🙏🏿 This is not. 1.

Let me tell you two true stories. You don’t need money to buy a car. You need understanding. Some years ago, I visited my friend and university classmate, John Iguisi (real name), with my Nissan Quest. He looked at the car and exclaimed, “Ah! Look at your big car.” I asked him a simple question: “Why don’t you have a car?” He replied, “It’s money. Anytime I save, a problem comes and carries it away.” I asked him to give me two to three hours. I sat him down and explained principles, not money strategies. He was so impacted that he told his pastor, and I was invited to share the same message in his church. I went with my wife as a guest minister and spoke to the congregation about the same truth. Within two weeks, John got a brand new car. He drove to my place with his family. I shared the same principles with another friend, John Kennedy (JK) while in UBA. Shortly after, his wife gave birth. There was no car for the baby dedication. He explained the principles to his wife and begged her not to doubt. One week before the baby dedication, an uncle from Port Harcourt called him and said: “Go to Festac Town and collect a newly imported jeep from my mechanic. I’m sorry I didn’t call earlier after your wife gave birth.” Here is where it gets even more interesting. When JK later heard that I had relocated, he asked me, “Is it the same principle?” I said, Yes. He replied, “My oga, I will join you soon.” Today, he is in the UK. That is the picture we took together. Money follows understanding. Results follow alignment. Life responds to principles, not desperation. When you change how you think, things you were chasing begin to look for you. The question is not “Do you have money?” The real question is: Do you have the right knowledge and conviction? How is your Sunday going?
