His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Khaled Al Ghaith, Secretary-General of the Higher Committee of Human Fraternity, met with His Excellency Ahmed Sari Al Mazrouei, Secretary-General of the Emirates Red Crescent Authority , with the aim of activating the memorandum of understanding and exploring avenues of cooperation to promote the values of human fraternity, community engagement, and solidarity. Khalid Al Ghaith, Secretary-General of the Higher Committee of Human Fraternity, conducted a series of visits and meetings in Beirut as part of the celebrations of the International Day of Human Fraternity in Lebanon, as follows: 1- A visit to the historic Deir El Kalaa Monastery and a meeting with the Monastery’s President and General Administrator, Father Beshara Elia 2- A visit to the Antonine Art Institute and a meeting with the Director of the Institute, Father Charbel Bou Abboud 3- A meeting with the President of the Episcopal Committee for Christian–Muslim Dialogue, Bishop Charle Mourad 4- A visit to the General Headquarters of the Antonine Maronite Order and a meeting with the General Administrator, Father Boutros Azar 5- A visit to the Druze Sheikh Akl, H.E. Dr. Sami Abu Al Muna During these meetings, His Excellency and the accompanying delegation were warmly welcomed, and exchanged views on ways to enhance and implement the values of human fraternity. قام سعادة / خالد الغيث الأمين العام والوفد المرافق له بزياره المعهد الفني الأنطوني في لبنان بدعوه من مدير المعهد الأب شربل بو عبود. تم خلال الزيارة التعرف على الأقسام الفنية في المعهد وورش التعليم والتدريب الفني كما تم اطلاعه على العديد من اللوحات الفنية تنوعت ما بين لوحات الموزاييك والألوان بأنواعها والرسم على الزجاج والبورسلين والخشب وغيرها ، يهدف المعهد الأنطوني على ان يحافظ على استمرارية الفنون القديمة وتعليمها للأجيال الجديدة. His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Khalid Al Ghaith, Secretary-General, along with the accompanying delegation, visited the Antonine art Institute in Lebanon upon the invitation of the Institute’s Director, Father Charbel Bou Abboud. During the visit, they were introduced to the institute’s artistic departments, as well as its technical education and training workshops. The delegation was also briefed on a wide range of artworks, including mosaics, various painting techniques, and artistic works on glass, porcelain, wood, and other materials. أطلقت اللجنة العليا للأخوة الإنسانية فعالية «الأخوة الإنسانية كأساس لمستقبل مشترك» في بيروت، إحياءً لليوم الدولي للأخوة الإنسانية وبمشاركة قيادات دينية وفكرية وأكاديمية من لبنان وخارجه. شكّل اللقاء منصة جامعة لتعزيز الحوار بين الأديان والثقافات وترسيخ قيم التعايش والسلام المستلهمة من وثيقة أبوظبي للأخوة الإنسانية. وأكد سعادة السفير خالد الغيث، الأمين العام للجنة العليا للأخوة الإنسانية، أن الأخوة الإنسانية مسؤولية عملية تُترجم عبر التعليم وتمكين الشباب والابتكار والشراكات الدولية، فيما شدّد معالي أحمد بن محمد الجروان، رئيس المجلس العالمي للتسامح والسلام، على أهمية دور لبنان كمساحة للسلام والعيش المشترك، وضرورة دعم المبادرات الإنسانية لترسيخ الاستقرار وتعزيز رسالة المحبة والسلام. The Higher Committee of Human Fraternity launched the event “Human Fraternity as a Foundation for a Shared Future” in Beirut, marking the International Day of Human Fraternity and bringing together religious, intellectual, and academic leaders from Lebanon and abroad. The gathering served as a platform to strengthen interfaith dialogue and promote the values of coexistence and peace inspired by the Abu Dhabi Document on Human Fraternity. H.E. Ambassador Khalid Al Ghaith, Secretary-General of the Higher Committee of Human Fraternity, emphasized that human fraternity is a practical responsibility translated through education, youth empowerment, innovation, and international partnerships. Meanwhile, H.E. The Higher Committee of Human Fraternity and Mohamed bin Zayed University for Humanities signed a scientific cooperation agreement on the sidelines of the International Day of Human Fraternity celebration at the Palais des Nations in Geneva, aimed at establishing a specialized Human Fraternity Research Center. The agreement seeks to enhance joint research, develop academic platforms, and organize conferences and training programs that promote the values of coexistence, peace, and dialogue. H.E. Dr. Khalid Al Ghaith described the agreement as a qualitative step toward transforming the principles of human fraternity into sustainable scientific initiatives, while H.E.
