I think pro sports are rigged ($) to go to all 7 games of a championship. More $ for Leagues, teams, and players. Best part is when the better team pushes the limit, and the underdog wins. #tampa

I got thinking, what happened to the Blue Zones Initiative, and Live Healthy Iowa? These initiatives motivated me and many others. Where are they now? #fads Commitment, follow-up, discipline, and leadership are required for sustainable success. I miss those good old days.
