Sad but true. That is what the UK has become now. The likelihood of being arrested would be virtually 100%. Of being beaten or violently accosted right up there too (this is London!). As for being slightly killed, that's perhaps an outlier, maybe only 10-20%. Depends if they stamp on my head which appears to be a popular form of violence these days.
