ImmunityBio has completed enrollment in our pivotal randomized Phase 2 trial evaluating ANKTIVA® (nogapendekin alfa inbakicept-pmln) plus BCG versus BCG alone in patients with BCG-naïve non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) carcinoma in situ. The FDA-requested interim analysis demonstrated a statistically significant improvement in duration of complete response, with no new safety concerns observed.
