Knowledge Creation : >>> generates new insights, theories, and understanding.
Validation : >>> tests ideas, ensures reliability, and supports conclusions with evidence.

Just for clarity…
Business Development (BD) and Sales are NOT the same — and the difference matters.
Sales focuses on moving products to customers.
BD focuses on building partnerships that create those sales opportunities.
While sales is transactional, BD is more strategic — sitting closer to marketing, growth, and long-term positioning.
Big lesson for me:
In this field, relationships aren’t optional… they’re everything.
