If they just dropped off supplies, quietly did work, and then went home almost no one would be aware the trip even happened. Polticians, activists, and social media figures played their part in you talking about it

As someone on the trip I’d like to point out that the majority of people on the trip weren’t “influencers” but were people with important jobs like nurse, scientist, and social worker who spent their own time and money to come help the Cuban people.

@jungpionier_ @tphuang @teortaxesTex This pov is so stupid. We need both. Having all your energy infrastructure tied to nuclear plants is a terrible idea. Local cities and towns should have their own panels and such to be self sufficient if the power to them is ever cutoff. Also rural areas I'm very pro nuclear.

Also Gavin Newsom agreed to come on. I read he's had over 40 guests this year alone many being politicians and journalists
