It is DISGRACEFUL that Democrats are willing to keep this critical agency shutdown and let TSA agents, FEMA employees, Coast Guardsmen, and frontline officers to go without pay while America is on high alert.

I’ve been told continuously that we can’t actually do mass deportations (much less mass denaturalizations) because it’s impractical, expensive, politically unpopular, and risky. Maybe it is all of those things. But this operation in Iran is also all of those things. If we are going to do something explosive and drastic with potential major political fallout, why aren’t we doing it here? Why aren’t we doing it in our homeland for our own people? You might say that we can do both. Can we? Will we? A lot of conservatives are asking this question. Maybe not on this site right now. But they’re asking it. And rightly so.

This is infuriating. How is an illegal immigrant not automatically deported after one charge? But 40? We are sacrificing American lives for the sake of coddling the most depraved, useless dirtbags on the planet. Outrageous. Grotesque.

Local ABC affiliate reports that an illegal immigrant from Sierra Leone who murdered a woman at a bus stop had over 40 previous charges (including rape), but Fairfax County prosecutor Steve Descano dropped the charges in almost all of those cases.

Cernovich is one of the few conservatives on this site consistently bringing attention to the SAVE Act. Not the only one, but one of the few. I've talked about it but should be doing more. Which I will. It's one of the most important pieces of legislation in my lifetime by far.

We know that the Senate GOP would love to lose the midterms. John Curtis is salivating. So is Lindsay Graham. New voters do not know this. Where is the SAVE Act? That is what they are asking. Trump and JD must lead on PERSUASIVE messaging. Tonight was not it.

I don't want Iran to have a nuke, nor North Korea. The problem is that, post-Gaddafi, everyone knows they have to have a nuclear weapon or else they'll be regime changed. This is a creation of U.S. foreign policy.

If you're willing to accept the "filibuster" excuse for Republicans not passing the SAVE act, or any other significant piece of actual conservative legislation, then what you're saying is that you're okay with Republicans in congress never passing any conservative legislation ever again. Republicans aren't getting a filibuster proof majority. There is no conceivable scenario where that is ever going to happen. It's a laughable idea, frankly. So either we barrel through and advance our agenda by force, filibuster be damned, or it will never happen. Those are your choices.

In defense of our Republic, the Supreme Court struck down using emergency powers to enact taxes. This ruling will also prevent a future President such as AOC from using emergency powers to enact socialism.

Have to say, that the fact that Congress CAN outsource powers elsewhere, and in 1977, they gave the President the power to "REGULATE IMPORTATIONS", and that apparently does not count for Tariffs is quite interesting Mr. Roberts!
