what is stopping nascar from just having their series partners on the race cars, include it as a bonus for being a partner or something? plus it makes the car look like a nascar again with all the little stickers! heres just a #concept on what it could look like

Let me clarify I think brands have every right to have their logo used how they want regardless of where the number is. I just mean at the end of the day the potential is there for great schemes, and if one looks bad it’s because someone CHOSE not to use the space.

@KrisWysong I would. But you're also using the worst example. Competent designers have shown that sliding the number forward can be effective and actually look beautiful comparatively. It's all about being more intentional with your work.

@JBowenDesign So you’ll take one big empty area over two smaller ones? At least the empty space looks balanced with two smaller ones versus one awkward big one.

Empty space is still empty space. It looks uglier with empty space evenly distributed, to be totally honest. It wouldn't solve anything.
