Pic of my 1st bday. Today is my 50th, the 1st w/o my mom. When I was little in Nicaragua, the day would start with “Las Mañanitas”. (It’s a Latin thing. If u know, u know). As I got older, she was always the first call, no matter where I was in the world. How I missed that call.
