I see this thread has hit a nerve, so perhaps useful for some clarifications. As far as I know, I am not currently at risk of redundancy, since I am fortunate to work in a field where I have been able to win grants recently. However, I feel very strongly for colleagues at risk..

Still on strike @ULivUCU2 and still cross that all HLS staff have been measured in secret. We can't see the data they hold on us, and who knows what impressions people form. I haven't forgotten the plots shared amongst management showing I wasn't publishing or being cited...
