28 men (1 FNG) posted at the Ridge this AM and were challenged for 45 minutes by our original 1st-F Q, Goldz: 2 miles, 85 merks, 40 squats, 110 split-leg squats, 110 dips, 40 OH block press, 40 goblet squats, 120 yd block lunges, 25 man-makers, & 5 burpees to close. #f3counts

19 HIM met at the Ridge for IronPax Week 3. Great homage to an M of a F3 brother from Puget Sound, and her bout with pancreatic cancer. A few extra reps were tacked on after the challenge to pay respects to White Lines and his mother's cancer battle. Strive to be consistent!

Foley led 18 HIM “back to school” starting with an Indian Run race to Denny Chimes where we did some dips and merkins. Next we headed to Reese Phifer for burpees, monkey humpers, frog jumps, squat jumps, bear crawls, and big boy sit ups. Approach the day with a Get To mentality!

16 HIM got a hump day hard body workout led by Cowbell at the Capstone. We were introduced to the Charles Bronson (sets of 50 SSH, Merkins, Burpees, Jump Squats, and V-ups) with 100 yd sprint and 20 yd bear crawl between sets. Ended with core work, Bruce Lee style.

With the backdrop of a picturesque sunrise at our Wildcat AO, Bloomer led a group of 21, with 1 FNG, this morning. We did L's Bells with burpees & lunges & abs then moseyed over behind the fire station for some 11's of merkins & squats bookending some bear crawls and hill runs.

Transformer led a dozen men at the capstone this morning. Started with an indian run to the bridge, followed by a few trips up the hill, and back to butler field for some Ls Bells. Great message today about developing deep friendships. F3 is a great place to make that happen!

That's now 18 FNGs in 5 workouts at our new AO. Come accelerate with us, men of Northport.

23 men Posted across our 2 AOs this morning. 12 ventured out to County High, and 11 visited @f3butlerfield. At County, Recon put the men to the test with sandbag work. LT, Overnight, Restructure, Sailor, and So Right returned from the maiden workout on Monday.
