A car ever so often usually about once a year to every few years with cameras all over it drives down roads taking pictures to use for google earth. The same way sidewalks are intended for both bikes and foot traffic, this is intended for both as well. (43 out of 50 states don’t have a ban on bikes being on sidewalks)
