@Seraph_global @Seraph_chinese 先向團隊說聲謝謝，你們的努力我們都看在眼裡。 這篇文章單純是客觀評價，無意批評，畢竟我自己也投資在這個項目，也希望項目更好。先總結今天的感受： “今天這款遊戲和我之前玩到的、看到的、聽到的都不太一樣， 即使身體還是Seraph，靈魂也像是另一款遊戲。” 以下整理幾點，僅作為非早期Seraph遊戲玩家、投資者，也是旁觀者的想法： 一. 初衷 常常聽到“背後是韓國知名遊戲Actoz，不缺錢”，但我必須客觀地說，現在遊戲的質量及體驗與所謂的Web2遊戲大廠甚至優質小型獨立遊戲團隊都還是有差距的。其實明眼人可以看出來，團隊似乎對於“遊戲製作”本身並沒有太豐富的經驗，有的更像是區塊鏈方面的相關經驗。 有時候看到的bug，實在不像是一個有經驗的遊戲製作團隊在公開測試了半年一年後還會看到的。一個有足夠經驗的遊戲經營團隊也不太會看到公告關服、開服這種事情都要反覆調整幾次，一下六點關，一下七點開，更不會看到更新的調整，放出來錯了，再改一點，再放出來，這種反覆折騰專業度的表現。我雖然看到求好心切，確實也看到經驗不足，或是團隊還沒整合完全。 再例如actpass網站UI，前端的東西並沒有甚麼核心的資料，外包給別人做一部分，你們有個窗口協調溝通驗收就可以了。現在actpass網站的整個體驗，和一般小型購物商城的網站相較都還有距離，就像是沒有網站設計/UI經驗的團隊處理的。外包給其他專業小的工作室，簡單專業處理一下，這類工作其實不難也不需要花很多錢。 但經驗，對我個人來說並不是最重要的。最重要的是，我看到團隊有想把事情做好的心和態度。重要的是，難得在區塊鍊遊戲這個環境中，看到願意把產品推向真實用戶，認真想把產品本身做好的項目，且有一個共識強的社群在支持。但是今天開服體驗後，這兩點都讓我不得不加上了問號。 二. 財富值的價值及長期經營 之前一直挺欣賞項目方的許多做法，特別是重視玩家，甚至常常聽到“玩家就是股東”的說法，也因此造就了核心玩家的向心力和社群的凝聚力。官方在意玩家社群，玩家社群得到收穫，所以社群也同樣願意站在官方身後支持，形成良性循環。 現在我看到的是，這一群社群中的核心骨幹，人氣最高，也是最挺你們的人，他們的權益被明顯降低了。財富值的價值這個巨大的改變，如果是為了讓更多人受益，這次確實沒有感受到。這些早期核心玩家是社群中最能夠讓項目受益的，因為他們最了解遊戲，最知道好玩的點在哪裡，也最能夠拿自己的收益來說服新人/新資金的加入。 他們手上的NFT，對財富值持續的累積投資都是根據官方之前公開的資料。現在這一群人手上的財富值投資可以說大幅度縮水。 從租貸這個角度來看財富值的價值，我腦中浮現最大的3個問題是: 1. 開服前，市場的NFT價格是玩家們按照官方之前公布財富值對照表格所形成的共識價格，而官方現在突然推翻這一套系統，核心玩家資產突然大幅度縮水，是不是有其他原因? 2. 如果有，那為什麼官方現在公布的NFT租貸價格，居然是按照市場上根據官方上一測公布的財富值表格所形成的NFT價格來定價? 3. 如果這些NFT核心價值都能隨意大幅度改動，那未來大家還願意把資金持續投入到NFT嗎? 如果從玩家是股東的這個說法來看，這不光是股票增發稀釋股權，更是告訴最大的股東們，你手上持續投資 價值10E的股票，現在只讓你換3E。這些人可都是社群中的骨幹。如果財富值修改是為了讓遊戲進入更多人，現在要犧牲的是長久以來根據官方公布資料而投資的核心玩家骨幹，豈不是本末倒置? 商城+租貸各種收費: 許多玩家已經反映，官方也已經承諾會迅速調整，我不在這裡重覆。但是這一項的變動是開服以來讓最多人疑問的。 “團隊還像之前社群認同的那樣要長期經營這款遊戲嗎？” “項目方真的不缺錢嗎?” 最後提兩點小建議: 1. 核心玩家: 不論是資產核心還是遊戲專精的核心，都應該多聽聽他們的建議。其實從旁觀者的角度 常常看到這些玩家所思考討論的內容，是更深刻且懂行的，遊戲玩的好這件事，其實就是一個易通難精的專業。如果聲音太多有好有壞，不妨請幾個核心且能夠公平沒有私心的整理總結並加入你們項目開展的討論，這點我相信你們一直有在做，但不妨精煉一下? 2. 人 + 錢: 不論原因是甚麼，確實感受到團隊人手的問題，人力過度的負荷所犯的錯。 哪個所，哪個機構 我不太關心，因為對於沒有內幕的我來說，虛無縹緲，不如單純做合約。 而哪個所，哪個機構帶給項目的都只是短期的爆發，長期項目成敗還是在於項目本身的經營。 但是，19100 Eth中應該有一半的真實個體投資者吧? 我們算少一點9000 Eth，那就是3000萬美金以上的潛在資金，應該足夠分工更專精，讓專業的人處理專業的事? 項目肯定是要賺錢的，理想不能過日子，長久經營需要穩定的金流，只是賺錢方式要規劃好。 三. 廢話 進入幣圈不算太早也不算太晚，從2017年以來比特幣去中心化的理念深植我心，我深深認為去中心化就是未來。加密貨幣不光是可以炒可以暴富，它更是未來這個社會發展需要的核心技術。 過去這個世界因為權力財富的高度集中，少數政府財團機構掌控了世界80%以上的資源，控制著資源的分配。如果你生活條件好，沒有感到到資源被集中掌控的痛苦，也應該感受到這幾年美聯儲這台大印鈔機的威力? 從現實來看，完全的去中心化畢竟只是理想，道阻且長。一路上我們都看到了各大政府財團機構是如何利用自身實力介入區塊鏈，但去中心化的區塊鏈，一股改變浪潮的崛起，也慢慢進入到我們的生活中，不是嗎? 相對於高大上的項目，我認為遊戲產業正在等待區塊鏈完全的進入。遊戲沒必要分甚麼Web2、Web3，我認為遊戲市場就是需要區塊鏈技術的進入，區塊鏈對於這個市場來說再適合不過了。 回到我們的遊戲Seraph，在過去最好的遊戲產品肯定是大型遊戲公司、投資機構受益。區塊鏈的理念及技術可以很容易讓遊戲市場的廣大玩家族群獲益。發現/投資一款好的遊戲，甚至把一款遊戲玩的透徹，都可以對遊戲項目產生巨大的價值，也應該從中獲得豐厚利潤。衷心期望Seraph是讓區塊鏈技術真正進入到我們生活中的領頭羊。 Seraph上哪個所是投資項目的所有人都會關注的，但我更關注的是這個團隊是不是還抱著初衷，單純想把一個產品做好，在意用戶，長久經營? 你當然也可以說用投資的角度沒有必要過於理想，但去中心化的貨幣，當初一萬枚換兩盒比薩，比特幣起源不就來自於一個理想嗎? 最後從加密市場 人人投資的角度，希望Seraph這次NFT資產的下跌是一浪之後的調整浪，而我們即將開啟的是主升浪。 祝福項目長久發展，也祝福項目投資人都能得到豐厚的回報。

This article is purely an objective assessment, with no intention to criticize. After all, I am also an investor in this project and hope for its success. Let me first summarize my feelings today: “Today's game feels different from any I have played, seen, or heard before, as if, while the body remains Seraph, the soul is something else.” Here are a few points, solely from the perspective of a non-early Seraph gamer, an investor, and an observer: 1. Initial Intent We often hear that “backed by the well-known Korean game company Actoz, money is not an issue,” but I must objectively state that the quality and experience of the current game still lag behind those of major Web2 gaming companies and even high-quality small independent game teams. It's clear to see that the team seems to lack experience in “game production” itself, appearing more versed in blockchain-related experience instead. The bugs seen sometimes do not seem like something an experienced game production team would still have after six months to a year of public testing. A sufficiently experienced game management team would also not need to adjust the timing of server shutdowns and launches several times, nor would it release updates that are wrong, then slightly corrected, and re-released—such back-and-forth does not reflect a professional approach. Although I see a keen desire to improve, there is indeed a lack of experience, or perhaps the team has not fully integrated yet. For example, the Actoz website UI; the frontend doesn't involve any core data. You can outsource some of the work to others. Just having a team member oversee and coordinate the communication and acceptance process should be enough. The overall experience of the Actoz website is still far from even a small e-commerce site, seeming like it's managed by a team with no website design/UI experience. Outsourcing to other professional small studios for straightforward professional handling of such tasks is neither difficult nor costly. However, experience is not the most important factor for me personally. What's most important is that I see a team eager to do well. Importantly, it is rare in the blockchain game environment to see a project that genuinely wants to push its product to real users and earnestly wants to improve the product itself, supported by a community with strong consensus. However, after today's service launch experience, I have to question both of these points. 2. The Value of "Wealth Points of NFTs" and Long-Term Management I have always appreciated many of the project's approaches, especially the emphasis on players, often hearing the phrase “players are like our shareholders,” which has created a strong centripetal force and community cohesion among core players. The official team cares about the player community, the player community reaps rewards, and thus the community is also willing to stand behind the official team, creating a virtuous cycle. What I see now, however, is that the rights of the core backbone of this community, those who are most popular and supportive, have been significantly reduced. The significant change in the value of Wealth Points of NFTs, if meant to benefit more people, was not felt this time. These early core players are the most beneficial for the project within the community because they understand the game best, know where the fun lies, and are most able to use their own gains to persuade newcomers/new capital to join. Their ongoing investment in Wealth Points accumulation through NFTs has been based on previously disclosed official data. Now, the investment in wealth of this group has been significantly reduced. From the perspective of NFT's rental value, the three biggest questions that come to mind are: i. Before the service launch, the market price of NFTs was based on a consensus formed by the official data. Why did the official suddenly overturn this system, causing a significant reduction in the assets of core players? Is there a better reason? ii. If there is, why are the NFT rental prices now being set by the current NFT market price which was based on the official data in the last test? iii. If the core values of these NFTs can be changed so drastically, will people still be willing to continue investing money into our NFTs in the future? Looking at it from the perspective that “players are shareholders,” this is not just about stock issuance diluting shares, but rather telling the biggest shareholders that the 10E worth of stocks you continually invested in can now only be exchanged for 3E. These people are the backbone of our community. If the modification of NFT's Wealth Points value is to make the game accessible to more people, is it worth sacrificing the core players who have long invested based on the official data published? Regarding the various fees in the store + rental: Many players have already responded, and the official has promised to adjust quickly, so I won't repeat that here. But this change is the most questionable since the service launch. “Does the team still plan to operate this game long -term, as the community once believed?” “Is the project really not short of money?” Finally, two small suggestions: i. Core Players: Whether it's the core of assets or expertise in the game, it would be beneficial to listen more to their suggestions. From an observer's perspective, I often see these players discussing content that is deeper and more knowledgeable; mastering a game is a profession that is easy to start but hard to be good at. If there are too many mixed opinions, why not invite a few core, unbiased individuals to organize, summarize, and join your project discussions? I believe you have been doing this, but perhaps it could be refined? ii. People + Money: Regardless of the reason, there is indeed a problem with the team's manpower, and errors are made due to excessive workload. Whether the investor's name started with B or start with O is not particularly my concern, because to someone without insider information, these are intangible and for me it would be better to just rely on technical analysis for trading. While institutions might provide a short-term boost, the long-term success of the project depends on the management of the project itself. There should be around 9,000 Eth from real individual investors out of that 19,100 Eth, right? That's over $30 million in potential funding, which should be enough to allow for more specialized division of labor, letting professionals handle their respective areas. The project certainly needs to make money; ideals alone do not sustain daily operations, and long-term operation requires a stable cash flow, but the methods of making money need to be well-planned. 3. Random Thoughts Entering the cryptocurrency space neither too early nor too late, since 2017, the concept of Bitcoin's decentralization has deeply resonated with me; I firmly believe that decentralization is the future. Cryptocurrency is not only about speculation and getting rich quick—it is also a core technology needed for the future development of our society. In the past, due to the high concentration of power and wealth, a few governments and financial institutions controlled over 80% of the world's resources, managing the distribution of resources. If you live in good conditions and have not felt the pain of centralized control of resources, you should have felt the power of the Federal Reserve's printing press in recent years. Looking realistically, complete decentralization is still just an ideal; the road is blocked and long. Along the way, we've seen how major governments and financial institutions have used their strength to intervene in blockchain, but the rising wave of decentralized blockchain is slowly entering our lives, isn't it? Compared to other industries, I believe the gaming industry is just waiting for the full entry of blockchain. Games don't need to be divided into Web2 and Web3; I think the gaming market simply needs the entry of blockchain technology, which couldn't be more suitable for this market. Returning to our game, Seraph, in the past, the best gaming products were undoubtedly beneficial to large gaming companies and investment institutions. The philosophy and technology of blockchain can easily allow the vast gaming community to benefit. Discovering/investing in a good game or even mastering a game can create tremendous value for a gaming project and should also yield substantial profits. I sincerely hope that Seraph will be a leader in bringing blockchain technology genuinely into our lives. Which exchange Seraph lists on is of concern to all investors in the project, but I am more concerned about whether the team still holds its initial intentions, simply wants to do well with the product, cares about the users, and aims for long-term operation. You may say that from an investment perspective, there is no need to be overly idealistic, but didn't the concept of decentralized currency, Bitcoin, originate from an ideal? Finally, from the perspective of everyone investing in the crypto market, I hope that the current drop in NFT assets for Seraph is just a corrective wave after an initial surge, and that we are about to enter a major bull run. I wish the project long-term development and also wish that all investors will receive substantial returns.
