Finally finished The West Wing. Was nice to see Aaron Sorkin’s millisecond cameo. After the Wells era fumbled Josh and Donna, I unfortunately didn’t care that they ended up together. Season 7 was the best post-Sorkin season but man, such a fumble of a show

Suggestion for next year’s Oscars: Eliminate the scripted and often painfully unfunny presenters banter. Just walk out and say, “Here are the nominees for…” and get to it. That would free up an extra 10–15 minutes total time for the winners’ acceptance speeches.

Season 7 of The West Wing is better. But now the Josh and Donna relationship is destroyed. She would never act the way she is and Josh would never act the way he is. The Sorkin years are still the best

lol wild. 7 is objectively the worst of these 3. It was 5 because of the insane amount of boring exposition spewed through the characters, but 7 is just standard nothing movie. 6 at least has less exposition than 5
