@ShirlynAdkins I second @ShirlynAdkins. Coming from PM&R, pursuing a neuromuscular medicine fellowship is not a common route; however, it has truly been the best decision for additional training for me. It is a hidden gem. Happy to answer messages about my experience for those interested.
