Hall Blvd is actually a state highway (141) owned by @OregonDOT. Before the 217 was constructed, Hall Blvd was it. So Hall Blvd is not owned/maintained by @TigardOR @OregonDOT perhaps can answer?

Good news over the last 2 months, the SW corridor project partners have worked diligently to fund this project to Bridgeport while also avoiding Barbur Blvd. lane reductions.
