CO State Patrol confirms, "There were heavy winds in the area at the time of the crash, blowing dirt, causing "brown out" conditions. There was low to no visibility for motorists."

State Patrol says to avoid driving the area because of low visibility. Right now we can only assume this pileup was because of a dust storm. It's so dry, and the wind has been howling all morning.
