Sometimes my ADHD likes to throw curve balls. Audition today required two monologues from the play. But I was struggling to get off-script for the 2nd and had to sight read it. Turns out I missed a small detail in that each needed to be about 10 lines long. I had 26 and 18. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I went to the Bristol Video Games Expo yesterday. It was great to see so many enthusiastic people, chatting with Game Devs and Voice Actors and listening to the Voice Actor panel with a familiar face. 😁 @bristolvge

What a busy week this is turning into. On Wednesday, I recorded for a character for a project I've joined. Today I'm doing more stage combat, and tomorrow I'm off to London for my first Intro to MoCap session with the @themocapvaults. I'm excited to be learning so much. 😁

@EricSheffieldVO Definitely a fan of the 'no bullshit' approach, but I know it can sometimes feel discouraging to people.

I say this consistently and I will continue to say it. Get you a coach who is comfortable with being honest with you. Coaches get comfortable with delivering both good and bad news. Sure there’s benefit in being hype and encouraging but you gotta also be straight with em as well
