@Miss_Snuffy It's not just the reliance on technology to spell. It's the lack of communication skills that are learnt. How do we learn to resolve conflicts, build skills in assertiveness and develop strong relationships when the 'block' button is the easy way out? Regulation is essential

Too many schools have kids using chrome books instead of pen and paper in lessons. US and UK. If ‘spell check’ is how you spell correctly, then you are in trouble. Kids watch movies, chat via the ipad to each other, mess about. We are sleep-walking off a cliff. 🙄
Elizabeth Brown@PhonicsMom

@FaithBorkowsky @TishaRajendra All the schools are mandating them. Apparently you can't get spell check to work with the Chrome Books at my son's school and that annoys the heck out of my son's language arts teacher, he says she complains about their spelling and lack of spell check use daily.

It was fantastic to meet the inspirational team at @ArthurEllisMHS and hear about the positive work they do and their focus on wellbeing behaviours. They work with PCNs and schools and reach around 3,000 children a year ago.

@APCRMC @Ben_Everitt @ArthurEllisMHS We work with corporates providing training and use 100% of those profits to build a service for children and young people that's as cost effective as possible

@APCRMC @Ben_Everitt @ArthurEllisMHS Nope, first time we had the pleasure of meeting Ben. We are just a small not for profit...certainly not in a position to be funding anything outside of ourselves!

🧵Thread, Part 1: This is the most important, and most shocking, piece I've worked on @JOE_co_uk. Half of millennial men struggle to perform sexually. We put two of them *on camera* to talk about it. So proud to have co-produced this youtube.com/watch?v=LtcZ54…

Pleasure spending time with @vincentpericard this morning with @TheBQF. Interesting to see how exercise can be damaging. When we MOVE for our well-being, we have to MOVE for US and not for Instagram or to achieve unobtainable, high level targets. #wellbeing #mentalhealth

This is your #Sunday reminder to take time to yourself 🤍 10 minutes of silence in a comfortable place is a great way to check-in. Take part in some guided #Meditation, do some gentle stretches or perhaps even journal. Drop a 🤍 emoji below if you manage to do any of the above!

WHY AM I SO TIRED ALL THE TIME?! Did you know if you wake up an hour either side of your norm, your body will go into jetlag? If you have been on holiday or had time off recently, try your best to get back into your normal sleeping patterns.
