@ItsKieranDrew The bigger the upside, the bigger the downside.
That is just how life is.
Same goes for business.

@EmbodimentwithK If you never ask the answer will always be no.
Sounds so cheesy but is so true!

@MindOfUmair Selling is just a transfer of conviction.
Give out free stuff that helps and people will be convinced - period!

@JuliusNotes Avoidance feeds the fear.
Stay a little longer and it starts losing power.
English

@JuliusNotes Callous your mind. Make it love adversity. It will tank you later in your life.

@JBrooks844 Understandable!
But one of the best ways to keep you accountable and grow!

@JuliusNotes I'm getting a guaranteed payment to build a course in person now with a deadline.
Yet preselling a course online I haven't built sounds terrifying😮

@MalikHughess Most people dont know their true limits.
The stay within what they think their limit is.
But that limit is usually their comfort zone.
But that is much narrower than your limits!
English

Most people stay inside their limits because it feels safe.
- They avoid failure.
- They avoid challenges.
- They avoid the discomfort that comes with growth.
But limits are not walls.
They are starting points.
Know your limits but never stop trying to exceed them.
Knowing your limits gives you awareness.
Exceeding them builds your strength.
Every time you push a little further, you expand what you are capable of.
Every attempt makes you stronger, wiser, and more resilient.
Growth does not happen inside comfort.
It happens at the edge of what you think you can handle.
→ Respect your limits.
→ Learn from them.
→ Then step beyond them.
Because the life you want exists just outside the boundaries you are brave enough to challenge.

I remember a phase of my life where everything had to be optimized.
Wake up early
Perfect diet
Strict routine
No “wasted time”
Always working on something
And on paper… I was doing everything right.
But I felt heavy as hell.
No spontaneity.
No fun.
No personality.
I wasn’t living.
I was managing myself like a project.
That’s when I realized…
You can build the “perfect life” on paper
and still feel completely disconnected from yourself.

@brianmaierhofer But, I think it is much more intense (in a good way).
I went to one of Wim Hofs Events 1,5 years ago.
About 3,000 people all doing his breathwork together.
Never has it been this intense before (or has ben after).

@JohnGkatzos The opposite of what we want to do, is usually what we should do.
Same goes for anxiety and depression.
Feeling scared? Go towards it!
Feeling like not talking to anyone? Go talk to someone.
English

@JuliusNotes No matter how many times you will avoid things, at some point you will need to face them.
English

@JuliusNotes It erodes self confidence - death by 1000 cuts

@MalikHughess Yes, there will always be things you can improve.
And feedback will help you fix it better and faster.
