Try the Tesla app > Service > "Report Issue" or "Bug Report" for a formal support ticket with all the same details attached. Tesla engineering does review high-priority FSD safety reports, especially wrong-way attempts, but it can take time across builds. Stay manual and safe until fixed. Any update on the exact streets?
