I am going to delete my previous posts about the retreat, and Meghan's conversation with Gemma, before opening my account. I will share some FACTS here that I have already covered, but that I am happy to be public. 1. The retreat was AMAZING. Being surrounded by women of ALL shapes, ages and colours, who had the ethos of lifting others up, rather than tearing them down, was so refreshing and good for the soul. 2. The derangers claim only 40 showed up to see Meghan. Not true. The room was packed. The photo they are circulating was taken of a couple of groups of VIP guests who were let in prior to the gala commencing. Groups were taken in, a few at a time, to meet Meghan, and have pictures taken, whilst others waited in the area out front drinking Moet and eating canapes. (We drank a lot of Moet over the weekend😉🥂) 3. There was NO hecking, booing or disruption during Meghan's conversation, or at any other time in the night. Everyone was happy, excited and friendly. 4. Meghan received a very loud standing ovation when she entered the stage, and another as she exited. When we noticed Harry was in the room, he too received cheers and a very warm welcome. 5. Harry helped Meghan onto the stage. After her conversation with Gemma finished he went to the stage and helped her off, much to the crowds delight. (He is such a gentleman and clearly adores his wife) 6. Meghan answered every question asked. We were all able to write down questions we would like to be asked. Gemma read them out. Meghan spoke with openness, warmth and grace. There were many topics, kids, marriage, business, bullying, womens mental health, date nights, their everyday life. I covered some of what was said in previous posts I will delete. The derangers will twist everything said so I am not going to give them anything. 7. Meghan was not late. There were around 80 VIPs. Meghan had told Gemma's team that her one insistence was to meet everyone by name, and have the opportunity to chat and connect with each one before photos were taken. (❤️) I shared with you all the discussion I had with Meghan. I won't ever forget her words, or her huge hug. She is one very special person. Just incredible. No wonder they try so hard to destroy her. 8. All of us in attendance knew Meghan was a guest speaker. No one expected she was going to stay all weekend and do our makeup, or braid our hair. She was one of a handful of guest speakers. So when the media reports that she ran out on us, or left early, or dashed off, that is the lies they tell, and is not indicative of the thoughts of those present. 9. I have always admired Meghan, and Harry, but hearing her speak, speaking to her personally, just reaffirmed that my instincts are spot on. She is a very decent, very kind, very intelligent human. She radiates warmth. Harry clearly adores her, and she him. She is also extremely funny. She laughed and joked and bounced off Gemma and the audience a lot. It was fantastic to hear her laugh and see her relax. 10. The way the media, and the haters who believe them, have done everything in their power to defame & destroy everything and, everyone, involved with the retreat, is disgraceful. The hotel was amazing. 5 star amazing. The pool was not only finished but gorgeous. Our rooms were absolutely beautiful. Gemma and her team are just incredible humans who went out of their way to make us all feel like Queens. The hotel staff were so professional and helpful. Nothing was ever too much to ask. It was an outstanding location and the perfect place to host the retreat. If you ever get the chance to stay there, do. I could have spent days being pampered in the spa alone. 11. The $3,000 AUD I spent was well worth it. I met Meghan ❤️ I stayed in a gorgeous hotel and was treated like a Queen. I met amazing women from all over Australia. We laughed together, we danced together, we cried together. I feel so blessed to have experienced such a special weekend. I also got a first hand account on just how much the media, and the derangers, twist narratives, out right lie, and will go to any length to try paint anything Harry or Meghan do in a negative way. I know the truth about this retreat. I lived it. Yet they outright lie about it for clicks and to spin the hate cycle. They lie about this, a women's wellness retreat, then they will lie about anything and everything. Thank you all so much for sharing our excitement. He left nothing out - the special relationship, NATO, the Middle East crisis, victims of abuse and the roots of American law dating back to the Magna Carta that executive power is subject to checks and balances. I cannot stop laughing at the fact that our wonderful King has rattled all the naysayers. It's hilarious.

Our country has every reason to be proud. Say what you want about King Charles, but he is one of the finest ambassadors we have. His speech to Congress was outstanding, and I couldn’t be prouder of him. He unites rather than attacks—an approach that helps us find common ground, unity and focus on what truly matters for our nations. One day Prince William will address Congress and honour his father and grandmother. The King is diplomacy at its finest.

Many verbal subtleties are lost on younger people. They probably would have been lost on me 50 years ago if I hadn’t already been reading about and studying the BRF from about the age of 8.
What I loved about KC3’s speeches was that he tackled points of contention without being preachy or accusatory. Instead, he always circled back to our shared objectives of peace, security & prosperity. And however we achieve them, we should use our differences to create common ground.
I see quite a few people saying that KC3 is a globalist. I don’t necessarily disagree with that conclusion. Trump is a nationalist. But even though that creates a natural divide, it is nationalism which begs the USA to support Ukraine. It is nationalism that makes us support Israel. Being true to oneself isn’t always easy. But we do things “not because they are easy, but because they are hard” (JFK).
I thought KC3 represented his country with wit & gravitas. He’s a serious man. And yet there are dichotomies in his reasoning that clever negotiators can point out. He would do well to remember that the UK basically ignored Putin’s annexation of Crimea and that Zelensky tried to purge the Russian language from Ukraine. It is to Zelensky’s advantage to continue the war because he does not want to hold elections.
Again, it is nationalism that fuels the Western world’s support of Ukraine, not the globalism of the EU.
Just the thoughts of an old woman who has ridden this rock on which we must all stand, 73 times around the Sun.

King Charles made surprise subtle mention of his son Prince William and grandson Prince George at State Dinner.
The King gave a poignant and at times hilarious speech that also referenced William and George.
In the King’s Speech at the White House in Washington DC, he warmly highlighted his family while joining a meaningful connection with the United States. He added that his "family's history remains reflected in your maps, which read rather like our Christmas card list across the ages – North and South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and the cities of Charleston (a particular favourite of mine, obviously), Georgetown (and, for that matter, Georgia), Annapolis, and (further favourites) Prince William County and Williamsburg."
People, listen up — I need you to truly understand whatHis Majesty did here. His focus is squarely on the future of the Royal Family, and that future is William and George. I have every confidence he is doing what needs to be done behind the scenes.
