@PrinxeHitEmUp If you were hitting that you'd still be playing. I would get absolutely shelled today. I mean I wasn't the best arm on my team by any means but I would not be able to pitch today at the same talent level I had at that time. Players are better today. It's simple.

@PrinxeHitEmUp So you think hitting 97 from the left side with a upper 80s slider isn't hard? Please do tell. Hitting is harder, but the scenario I gave is 100x more common than before. Hitters have adapted. Troy's guy would have a sub 2 ERA 15 years ago.
