@TodAshby Hey Tod, WHY are my totally depraved unsaved doctor, dentist and car mechanic trying to help me instead of trying to hurt me? Do you believe that Mother Theresa (a woman who spent her entire life helping orphans) was totally depraved? Come on! U can’t be this stupid

Because they treat Total Depravity like it only applies to Calvinists, and common grace isn’t part of their theology. Also, somewhere between “I reject God’s sovereign decree” and “let me explain Romans to you,” they accidentally became the comment section they warned us about. Take heart, even their replies are being sovereignly governed for our sanctification.

@MethodMinistry Lucas, you know not of what you speak! Your view would mean that Yeshua would have told the thief on the cross…”I don’t know how you’re going to accomplish this…but if you really want to be saved you’re going to have to go get water baptized before they kill you!

The worst exegesis I've ever heard in my life is the baptist understanding of John 3:5. Many argue that the water refers to the natural birth and the spirit the second birth. This means that according to them Jesus is saying, "To be born again, you first must be born." But proper exegesis shows that the water in verse 5 is the same water in verse 23 and is in connection to baptism. But baptists can't admit this for they're forced to concede their entire paradigm. Compare the water in verse 5 with verse 23 in connection to baptism, John 3:5, "Jesus answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit he cannot enter into the kingdom of God." John 3:22-23, "John also was baptizing in Aenon near Salim, because there was much water there; and people were coming and were being baptized."

The intent of Jesus and his disciples was to make converts to Judaism. There was no plan for another religion. Matthew 28:19 translated from the Aramaic: "Go, therefore, and convert all nations…” Convert to what? There was no ‘Christianity’ at that time. Convert the nations to Judaism, of course. And this is what the Judean disciples did. Over the next 300+ years, there were so many converts to Judaism that in the 4th century CE., Constantine and later Byzantine emperors issued laws and the death penalty for Gentiles who converted to Judaism. Let that sink in.

@TerriGreenUSA I believe that instead of speaking against the ‘tonguers’ because of their idiotic babbling. It would be better to simply explain that the Scriptures clearly teach that tongues WAS (not is) WAS a sign to only be used in the presence of unsaved Jews!

Paula White falsifies speaking in tongues. John MacArthur on people who falsify speaking in tongues. “As one guy that I heard many years ago said, “It’s as simple as saying Bat-da-hon-da, should have bought a Yamaha.”  I mean, it’s a kind of…if you say that really fast, Bat-da-hon-da, should have bought a Yamaha, you know…wow, it’s very easy to falsify.  You…you…you can’t falsify a miracle, you can’t falsify anything as easily as you can falsify that.”

@Heidel_bro1563 That’s NOT the issue for most Believers! The ‘issue’ for most Believers in today’s End Time biblically ignorant Church is to accurately discern the Truths of Scriptures…which involves discerning which doctrines in the Scriptures apply to the Church.

Most in the Church are taught WHAT to think and NOT HOW to think! Brethren, the Lord wrote His Word like pieces of a puzzle. That means that you’re not going to ‘see’ the ‘whole picture’ unless you take the time to ‘put the puzzle together’!

A post went viral last week about how we read the Bible but don't sit with God. Gentle. Warm. Well-received. But not deep enough. The problem in the church right now isn't that men are reading too fast... They stopped reading altogether. The apostasy everyone keeps waiting for already started. And it started quiet. In the room where you're sitting right now. With a Bible on the nightstand that hasn't moved since last month. Paul said the falling away comes first. Before the Antichrist. Before the son of perdition. 2 Thessalonians 2:3. It's already here.

Was Warning About Hell Really Inhumane? Bertrand Russell, one of the most famous atheist philosophers of the 20th century, strongly criticized Jesus on this point. He argued that anyone who warns people about eternal punishment cannot be considered “profoundly humane.” But here’s where the argument falls apart. Russell’s objection only works if hell doesn’t actually exist. If hell is real, and if Jesus truly is the Son of God who knows the full reality of eternity. Then the most profoundly inhumane thing you could possibly do is stay silent and let people head toward it unaware. Jesus repeatedly warned about the reality of judgment and hell, not because He was cruel, but because He cared deeply. His warnings weren’t threats. They were urgent acts of compassion from someone who knew the stakes. The question isn’t whether the warnings feel uncomfortable. The real question is: What if they’re true? That single possibility flips Russell’s objection completely on its head. The clear teaching of Jesus about hell doesn’t make Him less loving, it shows just how seriously He took our eternal destiny.

Far too many misunderstand the Scriptures. They think they understand them….yet their very statements reveal that they do not. Asking why Jesus didnt come before the Flood shows a lack of grasp of the biblical timeline and Gods redemptive plan. Everything in Scripture serves a divine purpose….a progressive revelation of how God has dealt with His creation thru a series of covenants across history. Each major era in redemptive history was defined by a covenant: from the Edenic and Adamic covenants in the beginning, thru the Noahic and Abrahamic covenants….to the giving of the Law (the Mosaic covenant) and finally culminating in the coming of the Son of God. Jesus arrived “exactly” when He was supposed to….at “the fullness of time,” as Galatians 4:4 declares: As Galatians 4:4 states God sent His eternal Son “when the FULLNESS of time had come” born of a woman, born under the Law, to redeem those who were under the Law. The Flood was not Gods judgment on ordinary…..default humanity. It was His response to extreme pervasive wickedness. Genesis 6 describes a world in which “every intention of the thoughts of mans heart was only evil CONTINUALLY” filled with violence and corruption that deeply grieved God. Those who perished in the Flood were a profoundly wicked generation whose every thought and action was only evil continually. On one hand….the atheists screams how could God allow such evil to persist in the world. Yet when He does judge extreme wickedness….the same voices cry out: “How could God kill women, men, children, babies, pregnant women and even animals?” Atheists are rarely looking for genuine answers. More often….they are looking for a quarrel…..one that allows them to justify their unbelief. Anyone who acts shocked that God can end human life simply fails to understand a basic truth: He is the Author and Giver of life itself. God is not arbitrary. He creates life, sustains it and has the “sovereign right” to take it back. The Flood was not an act of arbitrary cruelty. It was the righteous and rightful judgment of the Creator against a creation that had become violently and irredeemably corrupt. Full stop.
Kelvin O johnson@_OKJ__

Till today, no Christian has been able to answer this question. If Yahweh, the Bible deity, isn’t just a genocidal maniac, why didn’t he send Jesus earlier rather than drown the whole planet, killing women, men, children, babies, pregnant women, and animals in the process…especially when the flood literally didn’t achieve anything, as the world wasn’t actually cleansed and went back to default pretty quickly? People who believe the stories in the Bible baffle me.

We should’ve noticed a long time ago that those who promote mixing covenants, and keeping Commandments, have turned sanctification into a process. But the Bible describes transformation through encounter. They have to make it a process because they have rejected the encounter in favor of their own performance. The only reason sanctification takes any amount of time is because it is very hard for us to let go of our own control.

@Apostle_David And here’s some more thoughts on that topic! If born again churches REALLY knew the ‘hard-ass’ words of Yeshua or the Apostle Paul…neither one of them would be invited to preach from today’s ‘ear tickling’ pulpits because they would be considered to be hardhearted and unloving!

A PROPHETIC WARNING TO THIS GENERATION If Daniel spoke today, the lukewarm would call him a liar. If Jeremiah warned today, they would call him a traitor. If John posted Revelation today, they would call him deceived. The prideful blinded apostate Laodicea has not changed. Only the platform has. When the church becomes lukewarm, truth sounds offensive. When the heart becomes proud, correction feels like attack. When the eyes become blind, light looks like deception. The same spirit that resisted the prophets then resists the messengers now. The same pride that rejected truth then rejects truth now. The same blindness that mocked warning then mocks warning now. The Laodicean reflex is always the same: to accuse the faithful of being apostates, deceivers, false teachers, or even demonized. Because the lukewarm cannot discern the difference between rebuke and attack, between warning and warfare, between truth and threat. You call the warnings judgmental because your hearts have grown cold. You call the truth divisive because your eyes cannot see. But the One who walks among the lampstands still speaks: “As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Be zealous therefore, and repent.” The rebuke is mercy. The warning is love. The shaking is grace. Do not trade watchfulness for wishfulness. The same God who vindicated His prophets then will vindicate His servants now. Let the wishful be shaken. Let the watchful be steadied. Let the overcomer be strengthened. For the hour of unveiling is upon us. And the wise will understand.

@osasisHERESY The Bible DOESN’T say that ALL Jews will be saved! It says that those Jews who are still alive (when Christ comes to destroy the anti-Christ and his armies) WILL look up as see and recognize HIM (who ‘they’ (the Jews) killed) as their messiah!

If zionists really believe this means all jews will be saved... Romans 11:26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, And shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob Then Paul wouldn't have said "if they abide not still in unbelief" Romans 11:23 And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be graffed in: for God is able to graff them in again Clearly zionists are reading what they believe into scripture instead of letting scripture speak for itself
