Audi's sidepods looked frankly a bit strange at the first test. The ones they brought to Bahrain are much more interesting.

Last year's champions definitely have a few interesting designs on this car, and some definite points of differentiation over other teams. youtu.be/uJxsHtFEY2E
Aston was late to the party on testing, but certainly a few interesting details to talk about on the car with the grainy shots available to us.

The 2026 F1 bodywork changes focus on better wake management for improved overtaking. Key advantages vs. prior years:
- Inwashing bargeboards pull mid-wake inboard, narrowing overall wake for easier following.
- Downwashing engine covers and tapered side pods suppress rear wake, directing clean air to diffusers for more downforce.
- High-pressure zones aid aero control; side pod inlets reduce flow losses.
- FIA cake tins and deflectors enhance upwash and suppress outer wakes, boosting efficiency.
Overall, narrower wakes enable closer racing and better performance in dirty air.
There's new F1 rules for next year, and there's going to be video analyses from me. In order to do that, I need to understand the 2026 F1 rules. The only way to do that properly is to draw them out!

Hello friends! Next weekend (28th/29th) I'll be racing for the first time since coming back from F1 in the Milbrodale Mountain Classic. Probably going to DNF or be super slow, but should be a good bit of fun! If you're around, come on down and say hi!
The McMurtry Spéirling has been busy breaking track records and driving upside down, but what are the physics behind its mind bending speed? In this video we are taking a deep dive into the physics behind one of the fastest cars you can buy today.

We weren't expecting it to roll out, but it's here anyway! No big concept changes to be seen on the MCL39, but there's a few interesting details that we can talk about.

It's a little expensive to buy a yaw probe, so I decided to pay a lot of money to make one instead.
In this video we go through the electronics part of the build, looking at all the sensors and wiring, as well as the microcontroller.
