Today we joined the Prevention Coalition of Monmouth County and Long Branch Office of the Mayor to place 99 flags in memoriam to the 99 lives we have lost in Monmouth County due to overdose this year.
We also placed one flag in memory of Frankie Manzi who was loved deeply.
