Per the ethical rules, specifically ABA Rule 3.6…defense attorneys are not supposed to outright declare that their client is innocent. They are supposed to say either my client is presumed innocent or my client maintains their innocence or we look forward to presenting our defense…etc.

Apparently this YT show called Something's Off, had one of the female hosts @melrevision calling Meredith 5150. The other one @reblavoie did tell Mel not to use that word..I cannot believe that this women would call Meredith such a term that is used in California for people with serious and dangerous mental issues that are a danger to other people...is she serious? Does this show called Something's Off want to be taken seriously or do they want to go in the mud with the other deplorable and demeaning YT shows that unnecessarily put down women. You both need your heads examined if you want to run a legitimate YT show instead of being a part of the sideshow circus.. SMGDH
