In 2014, André Schürrle lifted the World Cup with Germany, scoring 3 goals in 6 games. 🏆🇩🇪 Just six years later, he retired at only 29 after a loan spell at Spartak Moscow, stepping away from football entirely. Since then, he’s taken a completely different path — embracing the Wim Hof method and pushing his body to the extreme. 🧊 He even climbed the Sněžka Mountains, the highest peak in the Czech Republic (1,603m), in freezing conditions… shirtless. 😳 🗣️ “In the last minutes I couldn’t feel anything and had to dig deep inside to keep going. An experience I’ll never forget. -19°C, 100 km/h winds, heavy snow and rain. What I learned… my body is stronger than I thought. If I put my mind and soul into it, I can do anything.”
